He is driving the evolution of ClaimZippy (SG), a comprehensive 360° healthcare automation platform. With over two decades of experience building and scaling people, processes, and technology, Sourav has fostered a culture of predictability, urgency, and curiosity. He laid the foundation for scaling teams and processes at BrowserStack, led WoNoBo’s $10M fundraising, and created India’s first street view platform in 2016. At Flipkart, he built the marketplace, and at Landmark Group ($6B), he defined the tech vision and established the offshore development center. Earlier, he developed a communication app in 2010 and a distributed system at Webaroo handling 185 million daily transactions. Before that, he ran a startup for a decade in IPTV, video analytics, and home automation. Sourav enjoys mentoring startups through various prestigious forums.
