Theme: ImpacTO | Small Actions, Big Changes.

The theme focuses on the concept of how small actions can generate large results. It explores the idea of the domino effect, where every single gesture, decision or change can trigger a significant impact in the long term. The expression evokes the image of change spreading, similar to the beating of a butterfly's wings.
During the event, the focus is on the importance of actions in the everyday life, in social, professional and environmental contexts. It will discuss concrete examples of how small steps, both individually and collectively can produce relevant transformations in the real world.
From environmental sustainability to technological innovations, from local initiatives to large social movements, ‘ImpacTo’ invites reflection on the power of active and conscious participation.

Angelo Greco

Legal Expert

Lawyer, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "La Legge per Tutti", and author of numerous publications (including works for Feltrinelli, Sole24Ore, and Mondadori groups), he studied at LUISS University in Rome. A former collaborator at the University of Calabria and Columbia University in New York, he is also a frequent guest on television and radio programs discussing legal matters. From 2016 to 2017, he co-hosted a segment on RaiUno titled "Tempo e Denaro". In 2020, Il Sole 24 Ore named him "the most influential professional in Italy." As one of the pioneers of legal dissemination in Italy, he runs a YouTube channel bearing his name, boasting nearly one million followers.

Axel Iberti

Design Curator

Born in 1979, he graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and specialized in design in Belgium and Denmark, also writing about fashion and art. After returning to Italy, he focused on communication in the luxury sector and wrote about food and wine for specialized publications. In 2011, he joined the relaunch team of Gufram, first as Marketing Manager and later as Product Director, overseeing collaborations with renowned artists and international brands such as Maurizio Cattelan, Daniel Arsham, Lavazza, Moschino, and Paul Smith. In 2018, he became Chief Operating Officer of Italian Radical Design, following the acquisition of the Memphis Milano and Meritalia brands. Since 2025, he has served as the group's Design Curator and as President of the International Alba White Truffle Fair.

Filippo Rizzante

Filippo Rizzante began his career at Reply in 1999. In his early years within the Group, he focused primarily on consulting and projects for the web division. In 2006, Filippo became an Executive Partner at Reply, overseeing the Group’s companies specializing in technology, security, Information Lifecycle Management, Web 2.0, and Open Source. Over the years, he has taken on increasingly significant roles within the Group, directly managing various business lines, including Architectures and Technologies, Digital Media, and Mobile. Since 2012, as CTO of Reply, he has led the development of new offerings related to technological innovation, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence applications. He is also responsible for managing the Group’s strategic partnerships. Filippo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino.

Pasquale and Giacinto are among the most influential AI communicators in Italy. Together, in 2019, they founded "IA Spiegata Semplice", Italy’s largest AI-focused community, alongside its namesake podcast dedicated to entrepreneurs and managers. For this and more, Forbes Italia has dubbed them "Quelli dell’A.I." (The AI Guys). As leading speakers on artificial intelligence, their talks aim to educate and inform audiences about the vast potential of AI, especially in the business world. They organize AI WEEK, the largest AI event in Europe, which attracts thousands of entrepreneurs and managers and is supported by the world's top tech players. In 2020, they launched AI Play, an on-demand video platform regarded as the go-to virtual space for discovering the latest AI innovations. Guido Saracco

Born in 1965, with a degree and PhD in Chemical Engineering, he is a Full Professor of Chemical Foundations of Technologies at the Politecnico di Torino, where he served as Rector from 2018 to 2024. Author of over 500 publications, he has revolutionized fields such as nanotechnology, renewable energy, environmental protection, biotechnology, and photocatalysis. A passionate science communicator, he has recently authored books like "Chimica Verde 5.0" and "Tecnosofia", and he shares his insights through social media and conferences. A corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Turin and an advisor in artificial intelligence, he is a true reference figure in the fields of innovation and the future of science.

Jessica Longhi is the co-founder of Outpump, an independent Italian media platform that has contributed to the evolution of new media communication, becoming an influential voice in fashion, music, and design. Originally from Mantua, in 2019 she left the University of Verona, where she was studying Languages and Cultures for Publishing, to fully dedicate herself to the project and move to Milan. In this city, she founded "Outpump Studio", a creative and production agency, and launched the print magazine "OUTPUMP". Passionate about music, fashion, and writing, she continues to innovate in the world of digital communication. Outpump was created to explore emerging trends, analyzing cultural movements that shape fashion and contemporary lifestyle. With its innovative editorial approach and its ability to identify and anticipate trends, it has become a key reference point for younger generations.

Marco Scioli

Born in 1995 in Rome, he graduated in Strategy and Management from the University of Rome. In September 2018, he co-founded Starting Finance Srl. Today, it is the largest financial community for under-35s in Italy, boasting over 1.8 million users on social media and 36 University Clubs across the country’s top faculties. To date, the StartUp has raised over €4 million from business angels and institutional investors. In 2019, he launched Ventive Srl, a consulting and investment firm for startups, which generated over €1.5 million in revenue in its first three years. After managing its launch in the first year, he stepped away from operations to focus entirely on Starting Finance. His two great passions are finance and football. In late 2020, together with a group of six young entrepreneurs, he founded Vesta, an innovative and forward-thinking football team. Roberta Fusaro is a Researcher at the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino, actively involved in the Aerospace Systems and Technologies Design and Development group. After earning her PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the same university with a dissertation titled "Comparative Analysis of New Aircraft Configurations Aimed at Competitiveness, Environmental Compatibility, and Safety," her research has focused on developing innovative methodologies for the preliminary design of high-speed aerospace systems. Her goal is to assess economic, technological, and environmental sustainability at the earliest stages of development. Her research activities include participation in the European Horizon 2020 projects STRATOFLY and MORE&LESS, as well as projects funded by the European Space Agency. She also collaborates with leading Italian and international research centers, such as CIRA, VKI, and DLR.
