Ankita Shree is a former IRS officer turned entrepreneur, currently serving as the Managing Director of Mamacoco Hospitality. In this role, she leads the flagship restaurant MOGLU, which has transitioned from a modern vegetarian establishment focusing on South Indian micro-cuisines to a vibrant Modern American dining experience. L Venkata Subramaniam

L. Venkata Subramaniam, the IBM Quantum India Lead, is a distinguished figure in the field of technology and quantum computing. He completed his PhD from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in 1999, where he laid the foundation for his illustrious career in research and innovation. Over the years, he has earned recognition as an IBM Master Inventor, a title awarded to only a select few for their exceptional contributions to technology and innovation. Subramaniam holds 34 patents, a testament to his ingenuity and problem-solving capabilities. His academic prowess is further highlighted by the publication of over 150 research papers, which have contributed significantly to advancing knowledge in his field. In addition to his technical contributions, Subramaniam has also made a mark as an author. His book, Quantum Nation, has gained widespread attention and recently became a bestseller on Amazon India, reflecting both the growing interest in quantum computing and his influence in popularizing the subject. Currently, as the head of IBM Quantum India, Subramaniam's mission is focused on positioning India as a global leader in quantum computing technologies. Under his leadership, IBM Quantum India is working on cutting-edge quantum research and development initiatives, striving to harness the potential of quantum computing to solve complex problems and drive innovation across various sectors. His efforts aim to pave the way for India's future in this transformative technology.

Ramsiva Linga

Ramsiva Linga is a versatile leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience spanning multiple industries, specializing in management consulting, business strategy, and product innovation. An alumnus of the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, Ramsiva has held key leadership roles in organizations such as Tata Steel, My Home Group, Arha Media & Broadcasting Pvt. Ltd. (Aha OTT), Meru International School, and My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. At Aha OTT, he played a pivotal role in establishing one of India's leading regional OTT platforms, while at My Home Group, he led strategic initiatives that spanned several sectors. Ramsiva has a proven track record of driving growth and fostering innovation across diverse fields, including housing, media & entertainment, real estate, education, and digital transformation. In addition to his corporate achievements, he co-founded Virtuous Health, where he spearheaded business development and product strategy. His entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond the boardroom, as he dedicates his weekends to teaching and organic farming. His academic credentials include a B.Tech in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, various postgraduate diplomas, and an MBA from IIM Kashipur. Sumit Goyal

Sumit Goyal, a Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur from India, was born and raised in a small village in Rajasthan. He moved to Mumbai a decade ago to pursue his CA qualification, which he achieved in 2013. Despite an initial entrepreneurial setback, Sumit’s resilience led him to co-found DearCows in 2017—a social venture focused on making high-quality Desi Cow Milk from indigenous breeds accessible to Mumbai residents. Through a tech-enabled doorstep delivery model, DearCows supports local Gwala communities and now boasts a turnover of INR 5.59 crore (nearly USD 1 million), with services available via a mobile app. Sumit’s commitment to sustainability was further shaped by observing the excessive plastic waste littering beaches, a sight that deeply concerned him. This experience fueled his determination to introduce smart technology solutions aimed at addressing environmental issues and educating others on the importance of responsible waste management. Recognized as a 40-under-40 business leader, Sumit continues to leverage his expertise to drive impactful changes that benefit both consumers and the planet.

Sumita Ghose

Sumita Ghose is a self driven social entrepreneur who believes in bringing solutions to the problem of unemployment in rural India, and women’s lack of access to paid work, can be found in both : society and the market. She has demonstrated through her work in Rangsutra over the past 16 years, that it is possible to bring about socio – economic transformation in rural India, run a profitable social enterprise while ensuring women’s empowerment and creating impact. Her core strength is an ability to lead from the front, to walk the talk, and to motivate team and artisans to play an active role in co creating and running a creative enterprise like RangSutra. Before working as the Founder and Managing Director of Rangsutra Crafts India - a social enterprise which works for socio economic development in rural India by engaging both: the community and the market, she has also worked as a Senior Program Manager at Hunger Project, India . She was also a part of the MacArthur Fellowship for women’s health and livelihoods on Majuli Island, Assam, India.
