The digital revolution transformed communication, while mental health advocacy reshaped workplaces. Discussing radical reforms in a TEDx setting sparks new ideas, fosters collaboration, and empowers individuals to drive change. Scientists, policymakers, and entrepreneurs must work together to ensure reforms are both visionary and practical. Ultimately, radical reform is about progress—recognizing when change is necessary and having the courage to pursue it, even in uncertainty.
