She began her career by founding two startups, successfully scaling and selling one in Ahmedabad’s sub-rental space. With over eight years of experience in luxury, FMCG, personal care, and academia, she has led marketing and sales at Nuvae Healthcare and consulted for brands like Isak Perfumes, Zoya by Titan, Redtape, and Audemars Piguet.

Nainna Guptaa is a 22-year-old entrepreneur and the founder of HindSe, a microfinance startup empowering underserved communities, especially women entrepreneurs. After earning her BSc in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, she saw a glaring gap in India's financial sector, private lenders exploiting people while banks denied loans without collateral. Determined to change this, she started HindSe with a team of three. In just a year, it has grown to a team of 30, serving over 3,000 clients. Beyond her work, Nainna is an avid traveler and book lover, always seeking new perspectives. Her journey is one of resilience, curiosity, and the belief that lifting others up creates lasting change.
