Sarah Noble is a Canadian-born peace advocate based in Geneva, Switzerland. She has over 20 years of experience in global organizations focused on peacebuilding, humanitarian issues, and non-profit public interest media. Sarah is the Head of Global Engagement at the Caux Initiatives of Change Foundation where she works on inner development and the linkages between arts and peace. She is also co-founder of the PeaceTalks at Interpeace, a storytelling platform to showcase inspirational stories of peace. Passionate about storytelling as a tool for healing and social change, Sarah believes in its power to address global challenges. She is the mom of 2 small kids and is motivated by a desire to be a good ancestor.
Yannick Bouyidou
Yannick Bouyidou is a hospitality expert and entrepreneur based in Lausanne, Switzerland. With nearly 15 years at The Ritz-Carlton across four continents, he led initiatives in guest experience, employee training, and service excellence. He later founded BY Excellence Sàrl, advising companies and governments—most notably contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 tourism project. Yannick is also a lecturer at institutions like César Ritz Colleges and Business School Lausanne, where he teaches luxury and customer loyalty. In 2025, he spoke at TEDxSHMS on “The Art of Customer First,” sharing insights on transforming customer frustration into loyalty through service innovation.
