Our theme, “Amplifying Silent Voices,” goes beyond surface-level discussions on diversity, equality, and inclusion to activate real change.
This year, we are creating a platform where the unheard, the overlooked, and the voices marginalized to be heard. At a time when many organizations are backing away from DEI initiatives, we must find new ways to ensure true representation, access, and belonging for those who marginalized voices.
This event will challenge the status quo, pushing beyond symbolic gestures to drive meaningful reform. How do we ensure that AI and technological advancements do not reinforce exclusion but instead become tools for empowerment? How can we create sustainable solutions that genuinely uplift underrepresented voices? TEDxViikki 2025 is about finding those answers and taking tangible steps toward a more inclusive society.
